About Bonita Clinic

How we work with international patients — and how to check whether we mean it.

What we do

Bonita Clinic coordinates dental treatment, hair restoration, bariatric surgery, aesthetic surgery and non-surgical medical aesthetics for patients travelling to Istanbul.

Coordination is most of the work. The clinical procedure is a few hours or a few days; everything around it — assessment before you commit, a plan you can read and question, arrangements that hold together, and someone reachable after you fly home — is where treatment abroad usually succeeds or fails people.

One coordinator stays with you throughout, in English, French or Arabic. You are not passed between departments.

What we commit to

These are not aspirations. Each one is visible on this website right now, and you can check it before speaking to anyone.

  • No published prices. The cost depends on what you actually need, and a headline figure is either irrelevant to you or bait. You get a written quotation for your own plan.
  • Risks published unconditionally. Every treatment page has a risks section, and it is written to be read rather than to reassure — including the complications that are rare and serious.
  • We will tell you when a procedure is the wrong answer. Several pages here point readers away from the procedure they arrived looking for, toward a smaller one, a different department, or their own doctor at home.
  • No invented evidence. There are no fabricated reviews, no stock-photo doctors, no borrowed before-and-after images, and no statistics we cannot source. Where we do not yet have something verified, the page says so instead of filling the space.
  • A photograph is not a diagnosis. Any assessment made before you are examined is provisional, and we say so every time rather than once in small print.

What we will not do

Some of this industry works by pressure. We would rather lose an enquiry than run it that way.

  • No deadlines, expiring discounts, or "this price is only valid today". A medical decision should not be made against a clock.
  • No guaranteed results. Healing depends on tissue and biology, not on promises. Anyone guaranteeing an outcome is describing something they cannot control.
  • No firm treatment plan and fixed quotation from photographs alone, then revised once you are in the chair. If the examination changes the plan, you are told before anything begins and you can decline.
  • No publishing your photographs. Images sent for assessment are used for assessment. They appear nowhere else unless you separately give written permission for a specific image.

How we treat what you send us

Photographs of your teeth, your scalp or your body are the most sensitive thing a clinic website handles, and most treat them casually.

Here, they are resized in your browser before they are sent, which strips the location data your camera attaches to a photograph. They are stored privately, under random identifiers, in a place with no public web address. Viewing one requires a signed-in member of staff and a short-lived link, and every such request is recorded.

The privacy policy sets this out in full and in plain language, including what we do not do — no selling, no advertising networks, no third-party tracking scripts on this site at all.

What is not on this website yet

Our medical team, clinic facilities, patient results and reviews each have a page, and those pages are currently empty.

That is deliberate. Publishing a doctor requires their verified qualifications and registration. Publishing a before-and-after image requires that patient's written consent. Publishing a review requires a real patient who actually wrote it. None of those are things to improvise, and a page that is honestly empty is worth more than one filled with material we cannot stand behind.

They will be published as the verified details arrive. If you want to know who would be treating you before then, ask — we will tell you, in writing.

Talking to us

You can send an enquiry, message on WhatsApp, or email. A coordinator reads it and replies, usually within one working day.

Ask us the difficult questions. Who is performing the procedure, what their qualifications are, what happens if the result is not what was discussed, and what the aftercare is once you are home. How a clinic answers those tells you more than anything on a page like this one.

Let's plan your treatment

Send us your details and a treatment coordinator will guide you through the next step.
